Despina started Nest in 2015, after working in property management for over 10 years and seeing landlords and clients under serviced and frustrated with hidden fees and continually changing property managers. A proud Wellingtonian, she is also a property investor herself so has an experienced and reliable understanding of rental property management from both sides of the table. Her passion for the property management industry is evident through her professionalism and values which can be seen by the majority of Nest clients being referrals and repeat business.

A fully qualified property manager, Despinas’ straightforward and pro-active approach and constant desire to make property management as stress free as possible, is the key to a positive experience  – which she guarantees you will have at nest!

Chiani is our newest team member as a Property Assistant/trainee Property Manager and with her bubbly personality also brings with her a passion for property. With a long family history in the property sector and development, Sarah has a keen eye for detail and property presentation. A recent graduate in information systems and business from Victoria, Chiani has extensive experience in customer service, where she learnt to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment, the importance of providing exceptional customer service and enjoys building strong relationships with others. A perfect fit for property management. Outside of work Chiani enjoys being creative in the arts or you might find her out on the golf course!

Ella has a keen eye for detail and years of customer service experience make her an invaluable asset to the Nest team. Her friendly and approachable personality instantly puts both owners and tenants at ease, and her willingness to go the extra mile builds long-term trust and has earned her glowing reviews from happy landlords and tenants. Ella is a psychology graduate and started with Nest in 2021 and eager to grow in property management, is now a qualified property manager, having earned the Residential Property Management Level 4 certificate. With her can-do attitude, she is always happy to help. During her spare time, Ella enjoys spending time with family and her 2 doggies.

Katrina’s comes with over 15 years of property management, administration and accounts expertise. With great organisational skills and a proactive attitude, she is a great pair of steady hands at Nest.  Katrina’s extensive experience has provided her with the expertise and skills necessary to understand people  – a crucial skill in property management. Her focus for providing an exceptionally high level of service is what creates a great landlord and tenant experience and ensures all of her clients are very well looked after. Katrina recently completed the Residential Property Management Level 4 certificate. Outside of work Katrina loves to travel and spend time with her grown up children.
