Our mission at Nest is clear – to provide first class property management at a fair and fixed price. For not much more than the price of a daily flat white – just $33 / week, we’ll take care of your residential property 24/7 and provide spectacular service while we’re at it.
At Nest we believe property management is a fixed service and that investors are paying way too much. Commission based fees just don’t make good financial sense. Whether a property is rented for $1000 a week or $500 a week, the service and time it takes to manage them is generally the same. So why should a landlord have to pay more, the higher the rent? It’s just not fair. We offer a new, different approach to the way you pay to have your property managed. Property investors ourselves, we want to make sure our clients aren’t paying more than they need to.
Having the certainty of a fixed fee allows you to plan ahead, work out your yield and make decisions about your property investment using accurate costs and hard facts. Plus, our fees are ‘all inclusive’ and cover everything it takes to comprehensively manage your property. That means no sneaky or unexpected extra costs for services like inspections and rent reviews.

We spend the same amount of time managing your property, whether the rent is $500 a week or $1000 a week.
